Product Description
a)The loading machine is equipped with φ150mm high-quality rubber corrugated suction cups. The flipping motion of the suction cups is actuated by a motor in conjunction with a reducer, which drives the crank to move back and forth in a reciprocating manner.
b)The loading machine initiates its operation by first displacing the suction cup frame. Upon the suction cup frame successfully gripping the glass, it is then conveyed to the positioning table for edge alignment. Subsequently, the belt transmits the glass synchronously to the downstream machine via frequency conversion technology, ensuring a seamless and coordinated transfer process.
c)The equipment features a rational structure, ensuring ease of operation. The belt speed is precisely synchronized with that of the edging machine, guaranteeing a stable transmission process.
